The location is very good: it was very easy to reach there any station (Oxford Road, Piccadilly, Shudehill) on foot. It is also very close to one of Free Bus stops and to lots of other bus stops. There are bars and a supermarket nearby. As it is a busy area, it is also easy to get an uber in just a few mins. Considering the location I was expecting it to be a bit noisy but it was silent enough to get a good night sleep and power naps during the day. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. They made great recommendations for me and provided any support that I needed both before my arrival and during my stay. I enjoyed every single second there. Thanks again!

The location is main selling point of this property, in between Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Oxford Road stations (10 mins walking to both), 10 mins from city centre and a grocery store right across the street. The room setup and size are the usual Ibis template copies, so if you have lived in any Ibis before, you know what it is like. I was out and about all day, so did not use much else of the property than my room, so overall, it met my expectations from the price point.

Great location - it's a 15-minute walk to Picadilly, and there's plenty of places to eat and drink around, including a Spar across the road. Oxford Road and the Uni are a short walk, too. Staff were very helpful and were always around. The room was nice, and the bed was firm but comfortable. It's a pretty great spot if you're after cheap and cheerful accommodation in Manchester. It had a sort of really nice hostel vibe to it - I'm terms of the decor and size of the lobby, etc.

The location is fantastic. The room I got was small. Perfect for one. My room was decorated with modern minimalism. Very close to the gay district and the train. The staff was always friendly and helpful. This area is saturated with food bike delivery services. I only used Uber Eats and the delivery is lightning fast so the food was always hot. The cleaning staff was top-notch!

Bigvbear

The best location I could have asked for (5 minutes walk to both Oxford Rd, Piccadilly, Canal St and the venues for the festival I attended). The staff were super friendly and I encountered a lot of them. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. I also barely heard any outside noise or noise from other guests. I will absolutely be returning to this hotel in the future.
