Good value for money. No frills. Basic but everything I needed for my conference week. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Self service breakfast options were the same every day, nothing fancy but plenty to eat to start the day. Good location for me. 10 minute walk from Piccadilly station, slightly less from Oxford Road station. 15 minute walk from the University of Manchester where the conference was held. Good location for Manchester night life and lots of restaurants within walking distance, all tastes catered for in every respect! I was able to leave my luggage for free on my last day which was very helpful. I would certainly stay again.

Staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly. The rooms were perfect for what we needed, clean and comfortable beds. It's a great location, short walk into the city centre and transport links. We stayed for one night for a concert at the Etihad and campus, the staff made sure everyone knew where they were going and gave good, clear directions. We were unsure of where to park for our stay and the lady on the front desk was so helpful before we had even checked in. Great selection of drinks at the bar and even a bottle bar. We didn't try the food so I can't comment on that.

Good location, within a reasonable walking distance of the Academy and Picadilly Station. Room on 4th floor, no problems with noise. Room was spacious enough and had everything needed; including shower gel etc and hairdryer. Plenty of tea and coffee. Comfortable bed. Some wear and tear in the room but it was clean. Good breakfast. You do need to ask for cooked vegetarian sausages but they are worth waiting for 😁 Soya milk was available as standard. Nice midday checkout time too. Staff on reception were very welcoming and helpful with directions.

Good customer service and friendly staff. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station (Oxford Road) and is close to the student population and Manchester Met University. There are lots of pubs/bars and restaurants close to the hotel. There is a Spar within a two minute walk and a bit further along an Asda. I was able to leave my luggage there after I checked out so I could spend a few hours in the city.

Jai

Centrally located hotel with clean and very comfy rooms. Staff were nice and gave us a top floor room which was very quiet. We saint have breakfast there but we brought our own food and use the dining area. Staff were happy to offer plates and utensils. Overall it was an excellent stay, especially for the price.
